908 Magazine is a digital magazine dedicated to the dissemination of emerging photographic production in Brazil, Latin America and the world. We seek to make the photograph of all times visible, mainly contemporary and decentralized, the heart of experimentation and innovation — whether in the technique, in the theme or in the ways of making and occupying spaces.
The name of the magazine refers to the laboratory for the revelation of photographer Tuguo Ogava (1936 – 2019), recognized for the importance of his work dedicated to both the alchemy of images and the training of professionals who frequented room 908, in downtown São Paul. In this way, we thank and honor.
